Mandataries

Actually there are 122 mandataries including most of communes and public welfares of Brussels-Capital region, 14 regional bodies, 8 Minister's offices, 30 Public service housing societies, 4 police areas, etc... Said authorizarion "in name and on behalf of" is given for the purpose of the allocation of a tender for supplying telecom and e-communication services.
The BRIC has been entrusted by the government to collect said authorizations with the above-mentioned institutions. This is a typical extraordinary authorization, by means of which the organization signs up for telecom services for the full duration of the contract.
